ADVICE-LETTER ROUNDUP: Rate Changes, Clean Fuels and EV Programs

California’s investor-owned utilities filed a mix of rate, transportation-electrification and clean-fuels advice letters over the past week, with some changes scheduled to take effect Jan. 1.

The filings include a $378.8 million reduction in SCE’s authorized revenue requirement, PG&E transmission-rate adjustments, new Low Carbon Fuel Standard spending plans and a 2.34% increase in SDG&E’s system-average electric delivery rate from higher Public Purpose Program charges.
