Draft Resolution E-5455, which approves a PG&E data-center agreement with Google, is back on the agenda after the Commission held it multiple times over the past couple of months. Commissioners are also scheduled to take up competing PDs in the Biomethane Cost Allocation docket, which they put off at the Oct. 8 meeting.
Other items up for consideration include:
- A PD authorizing two years of bridge funding for utility demand-response programs in 2028–2029;
- A PD authorizing SoCalGas to recover $81.3 million of its $173.8 million request for Transmission Integrity Management Program costs incurred from 2019 through 2023; and
- A PD approving a settlement resolving SDG&E’s remaining Track 3 wildfire-mitigation costs, over opposition from Protect Our Communities Foundation.
